Meet the Designer - Towanna Enoch

Towanna Enoch is the visionary designer behind Garments of Praise, a contemporary fashion brand that merges elevated streetwear with intentional storytelling. With a signature aesthetic rooted in clean lines, tonal palettes, and thoughtful detail, her work explores the intersection of faith, culture, and personal expression to create garments that speak before the wearer does.

With over two decades of professional experience as a nurse practitioner, Towanna brings a unique depth of perspective to her design practice that is grounded in compassion, discipline, and a deep understanding of people. This duality informs her approach to fashion: purposeful, refined, and quietly powerful.

Having first debuted her work at Pee Dee Fashion week in 2024 she continues to work to  build momentum within the regional and national fashion scenes and hopes to emerge as a distinctive voice in African Americana art and design. 

As the 2026 Designer of the Year for Pee Dee Fashion Week, she continues to push boundaries creating pieces that are not only seen, but felt.
